She assisted various HNI clients, when she was working with eminent Kotak Mahindra Bank in improving the processes, operations, business growth, through efficient control and management.

Divya has the proven track record of completion of periodical audits by Reserve Bank of India, Clause 49 by SEBI, Statutory, Internal, Concurrent Audits, Inspection and Management assignment within stipulated budget & time frame.

She supports firm’s finance and treasury operations for the clients. She also helps the clients in suggesting means of affordable finance from the banks, NBFCs etc. depending upon the clients needs and operations. She is the best negotiator when it comes to dealing with external financial institution. She has assisted clients in structuring the financial models for their business operations.

She guides the firm in developing SOPs, Manuals for undertaking reviews in efficient manner such as in case of Stock takings, Internal Audit, Ledger Scrutiny, Working Capital utilization, LC/BG leveraging, Additional fund infusion etc. Her core expertise lies in credit monitoring, timely compliance of various reporting on due dates across the tax functions.

Apart from her core areas, Divya helps the firm in handling routine HR and Admin related affairs.
